Washington eastside auction tag
« on: March 06, 2009, 03:59:31 PM »
The Washington eastside elk tag was just sold at the RMEF for $44,000 to a guy from Oregon. Down about 33% from last year's $65,000. Wa Dept of F&G didn't even have a booth at the show.

Aint much to shose from down there anymore, sounds like a waste of money to me. No 350 bull is worth 44,000 dollars.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
